The updated app (version 4.6.0) has been approved on the Play Store. Any drivers experiencing an issue with the app crashing should proceed to update the app via the Google Play Store.

We appreciate your patience and understand the importance for your business. The Driver Anywhere update is still pending approval on the Google Play Store for Android Devices. Historically, the approval process has always been completed within an hour or two, not days. We have reached out to Google but have been unable to get a firm answer as to when the patched version of Driver Anywhere will be available.

Drivers with Android phones experiencing the crash issue can download and install the Driver Anywhere app directly vs doing so within the official Play Store. Drivers not experiencing the issue do not need to take any action.
